I am Dianella Lucia™. My family originated from Eastern Australia.

Habit Strappy - Low growing
Plant family Asphodelaceae
I am a low-growing Australian native strappy-leaved plant. My sprays of delicate small purple flowers in spring are followed by attractive purple berries in summer. Hardy I tolerate both coastal and inland climates, as well as being drought and frost tolerant. I am suitable for most soils but avoid planting me in very poor soils. I am perfect for low maintenance mass plantings, including alongside paths, roads and median strips.
