Keep me thriving
My maintenance level is not yet known. Observe the plant’s shape and new growth through the seasons, remove damaged material with clean tools and refresh the mulch when needed without piling it against the stem.
Flowering: You can expect me to flower in January, February, March, September, October, November and December. Local climate, position and seasonal conditions can make flowering begin earlier or finish later. Observe the plant rather than pruning by the calendar alone, particularly while buds or flowers are forming.
Watering: Check the root zone frequently and maintain consistent moisture, especially during establishment and in hot, dry or windy weather. Water deeply enough to reach the full root zone while still allowing excess water to drain, unless boggy conditions are known to suit me.
